The IRS Illusion: A Voluntary System Built on Deception

For over 30 years, I’ve held onto this truth, quietly watching the illusion play out year after year. Today, I can no longer remain silent. It’s time to expose the deception behind one of the most misunderstood and misused arms of the Deep State: the Internal Revenue Service.
The IRS is Not a Government Agency
Contrary to what most Americans believe, the IRS is not a lawful branch of the federal government. It is, in fact, the collection arm of the Federal Reserve, a private corporation owned and controlled by a cabal of global elites including the Rothschild family and others who have long sought control over sovereign nations through centralized banking.
The Federal Reserve & Washington D.C.: A Foreign Power
The Federal Reserve itself was illegally established and operates in tandem with Washington D.C., which is not part of the 50 states of the United States. It is a sovereign district—a separate entity designed specifically to act as the seat of the cabal’s rule, away from the jurisdiction of the original Constitution.
The Constitutional Truth About Taxes
Nowhere in the original U.S. Constitution is there language requiring American citizens to pay income tax on their labor. The founders funded government through tariffs on foreign trade, not by taxing the citizens’ time and energy. Income tax, as it exists today, is a distortion of our founding principles—a tool for control.
The Great Trick: Voluntary Compliance
Here’s the kicker: According to Black’s Law Dictionary, which I read myself in the late 1990s, the IRS is a voluntary system. That word alone should raise flags. In more recent years, they’ve altered their phrasing to say “voluntary compliance,” a term that is both redundant and deceptive.
Think about it. If something is voluntary, then you’re either in or you’re out. The word “compliance” is used to intimidate, suggesting obligation where none truly exists.
The 1040 Trap
Why do they make such a big deal about April 15th each year? Because the moment you sign your 1040 tax form, you are agreeing to enter their system. You are consenting to the rules, penalties, and processes of this voluntary (yet weaponized) structure. Without that signature, they have no legal claim to enforce these penalties.
Seven-Year Limit
Even within their own guidelines, the IRS has only a seven-year look-back window. If you’ve not filed and you’ve passed that mark, their reach is limited. But few know this, and fear keeps the illusion alive.
Annual Fear Campaigns
Like clockwork, every April, the mainstream media runs stories about “tax dodgers,” arrests, and jail time. These are scare tactics, pure and simple. They’re designed to herd the population into submitting to a system that is based entirely on illusion and psychological manipulation.
Final Thoughts
This is not tax advice. This is a call to question, to research, and to awaken. For decades, we have been participating in a system that feeds off our labor, fear, and consent. But once you see the illusion for what it is, you begin to take your power back.
You don’t need to rage against the machine. You only need to stop feeding it.
